What is the best way of setting this up:

Good question.

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: Wufoo - New Entry
  2. Action: Zapier Tables - Find/Create Record
  3. Action: Paths
  4. Action: Path A
    1. Action: Filter
      1. Record found
    2. Action: ???
  5. Action: Path B
    1. Action: Filter
      1. Record not found (and created)
    2. Action: ???

 

 

Thanks Troy! When I add a Path though, it seems to automatically insert a “Path Rules” step. What should I set in the fields that it gives me here:

The Zapier Tables Find/Create step should return a data point indicating whether a record was found. (true/false)
