Question

How do I tag Zoom attendees and non-attendees in LeadConnector using Zapier?

Hello

Is it possible to create a Zap from zoom to HighLevel?

We currently use meetings in Zoom and could have 30 registered, and maybe 15 attend.

We have automations running in Highlevel depending if they attended or not. Is it possible to tag the attendees with a specific tag, and tag the non attendees with a specific tag in Highleve;?

Hi @traffic! 👋

How are things going on this. Did you manage to get the desired workflow set up between HighLevel (LeadConnector) and Zoom?

If not, I wanted to say that I did some checking and there isn’t a Zoom trigger that would allow you to run a Zap when someone fails to attend a meeting but, there is a New Participant Joined Webinar or Meeting Zoom trigger. So you could use that trigger with LeadConnector’s Add/Update Contact action to apply the relevant tag to attendees that actually attend.

To handle the non-attendees you might need to store a list of the attendees in a Zapier Table or similar, and have the Zap that adds the tag to the people that do attend, also mark them as “attended” in the table. Then you’d have another Zap that runs once the meeting has finished (New Meeting Ended trigger) to check whether the attendee has been marked as attended or not in the table. From there you could then apply a tag to the non-attendees as well.

Hope that helps to get you pointed in the right direction. If you run into any issues or you found a better way to achieve this please let us know, would love to hear form you! 🙂
