How do I sync WooCommerce data and Woo Payments to QuickBooks Online and update invoices?

Hi I just started using QuickBooks Online and trying to automatically sync data from my WooCommerce store. I am using Woo Payments to process order payments. When a new order is placed I need a new invoice or sales receipt created in QBO with all relevant data including the WooCommerce order number. When the payments in Woo Payments are deposited (sent to my bank - once a day) I need the invoice or sales receipt that was previously created updated with the processing fees from Woo Payments and marked as paid. Thank you!

Hi @Radar-Mirror

Check out the available Zap triggers/actions for each app:

QBO: https://zapier.com/apps/quickbooks/integrations#triggers-and-actions

WooCommerce: https://zapier.com/apps/woocommerce/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Thank you for the information. Creating a new invoice in Quickbooks is not a problem, I haven’t been able to find any information that lets me know if the processing fees are included.

Hi there @Radar-Mirror,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help.

Have you tried using the “New Order” trigger in WooCommerce? Based on what I’m seeing in the representative sample data it’s able to return some sort of “fee”:

Have you tried setting up your Zap and checking if the “fee” data you’re looking for is being returned in the trigger step?

I haven’t done it yet, I was hoping someone could give me a firm yes and how to do it. I’m not used to having to map fields individually and most I’m not even sure what they are describing.
