How do I sync JotForm edits as new responses to an Excel sheet using Zapier?

I’m trying to make a Zap where I am able to sync new responses to an Excel sheet. I’ve already set up a Zap to add new rows to an excel sheet on submission, and this works. I’ve populated the excel sheet with the responses of the Jotform. However, I need the Zap to work with edits to the JotForm, but JotForm only gives new submission triggers. Does JotForm treat edits as new responses or not? They have the same submission ID, but I’m not sure if it counts as a new submission. Please let me know if this is possible!

Hi @Eidea

You may want to try reaching out to Jotform Support for guidance about the capabilities of getting notified via a webhook for edited submission.

If possible, then use this Zap Trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook

Zap Trigger: Jotform - New Submission

Description: Triggers when a new submission has been added to a specific form.
