How do I sync Invoice Ninja invoices to QuickBooks Online using Zapier?

I am trying to create invoices in QuickBooks Online when an invoice is created in InvoiceNinja.

 

Is there a guide or similar?

Hi there @McHenry,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Here is how I see the Zap for the workflow that you have in mind:

  1. Trigger: Invoice Ninja - New Invoice
  2. Action: QuickBooks Online - Create Invoice

Here’s a template for that Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/invoice-ninja/integrations/quickbooks/1584067/create-new-invoice-ninja-invoices-from-new-quickbooks-online-invoices
