Question

How do I sync Clickfunnels purchases to WooCommerce and set up a conditional email/PDF step?

Hi Team,

 

Thanks in advance for the help.

 

So here is what I’m trying to achieve:

I have a funnel, where I have added an orderfiorm, On purchase, the subscription should sync to WooCommerce.

 

The next step is a conditional step, where if the customer selects yes, we need to create another subscription, and if he selects no, send an email with PDF.

 

We are using clickfunnel payments.

Hi, 

I have checked the available Zaps, but not sure how do I set it up, and since the payment is in CF, how will it renew in WooCommerce?

Before we dig deeper, have you tried setting your Zap up like this?

  1. Trigger: ClickFunnels - New Successful Purchase
  2. Action: Paths by Zapier
  3. Path A - only continue if the customer selected “Yes”
  4. Action: WooCommerce - Create Subscription
  5. Path B - only continue if the customer selected “No”
  6. Action: Gmail - Send Email

    Yes, I’m testing this.

    Also, another question is, can run a trigger when we tag a contact in Clickfunnel?

    I’m thinking of applying a tag, and create order for specific product based on the tag?

    Hi @harssh_outgive,

    If the ClickFunnels trigger can return the tag data. I believe you can add a Filter step after the trigger so that the Zap will only continue if the condition is satisfied.
