I have an individual Zap for each of my clients. It’s a very simple Zap.

It triggers when someone sets a meeting with them on Calendly, filters for a specific Calendly url, and sends me an email notification with info about my client and the invitee.

It is the exact same type of Zap for each of my clients. They each have a different trigger (aka a different Calendly login) and a different filter (aka a different Calendly url), but the email format/dynamic fields are always the same.

I am wondering if there is a simpler way to do it than creating a new Zap for each of my clients. I saw an email about Zapier Tables, can I use that to have all the different workflows in parallel? Any Zapier expert out there that can give me some advice?
