I have not been using Zapier for 3 months and I forgot to cancel my Zapier account. I got a bill from them on 16/8/2023 where they had withdrawn 1659,13 DKK. 

 

Then there is another problem. They have tried to withdraw the amount 24.939,39 DKK. And I just forgot to cancel it. How do i make sure they dont withdraw this amount from my account because I dont do business anymore and i dont use Zapier. 

 

I have tried to contact them via chat and email but I have not got any answer from them. And i am very worried. Please help.
