Question

How do I stop a delayed Step from running?

I can see that there is a solution to this, but given the screenshots, it would appear that the UI has now changed, as I am unable to see the option to delete the delayed steps as shown. Instead, I only have the option to replay errored steps or the whole Zap run.

Is there a new way to do this?

Hi there, @WAZEN! 👋

You can only delete a Zap run from the Zap History not from within the Zap itself at this time.

To do that you’d need to:

1) Go to the Zap History here: https://zapier.com/app/history

2) Find the relevant Zap run(s) to delete. You can use the status filter to show only runs that are currently delayed:

3) Click on the check box next to a run to select it.

4) Once all the relevant Zap runs are selected click on the delete button to remove them:

That should delete the run and prevent it from being played.

Hope that helps. If you run into issues on that or have any further questions at all just let me know! 🙂
