We have created a zap named "KCT ZOOM [new meeting registrants Townhall] to Mailingboss list" This zap intends to capture the new registrants from Zoom meetings/events. Yes, it works in activating the zap to capture the registrants but on the Name field it won't let us do a modification like "First Name" Ideally we want to separate the first and the last name and that was on our form that we have from mailingboss we also added Name field on our mailingboss form to capture the name details but still having some challenges in getting or capturing the names of the registrants. Please help us resolve this challenge. Thank you
