Is there a way in Zapier to make this 2 different entries? You can see that it has a date and a time however witht he two of them together, lead perfection is not recognizing them.

You can use this Zap action: Formatter > Date & Time > Format
That will allow you to adjust the output format of a timestamp.
Or you can use multiple of these Zap actions: Formatter > Text > Split
