A prospect moves to another workflow stage when they reply to a LinkedIn message or invite
At present there isn’t a trigger available for the LinkedIn app on Zapier that would allow you to trigger a Zap when a reply to a message on LinkedIn is received. But there is an existing feature request for this type of trigger which has been discussed over here:
So I’ve gone ahead and added your vote to that feature request. While I can’t make any promises around when/if it will be added we’ll definitely send you an email notification once it is!
In the meantime if you get email notifications from LinkedIn that contains details for the contact that could be used to identify them in Crelate then you could potentially forward those emails to Email Parser and trigger on those emails instead. See our Trigger Zaps from new parsed emails guide for more details on how to set up that sort of trigger.
When an email is received in LinkedIn conversation, it appears in Crelate as a note.
As it’s not possible to trigger when a reply in received in LinkedIn it won’t be possible to extract the email from the message. That said, if the email is contained within the email notification that you receive for new messages then you could trigger on the parsed email and use a Find Contact action to find the contact, then use a Create Note (Crelate) action to add it to the Contact.
A prospect gets his job title and company updated in Crelate when they update in LinkedIn
There isn’t currently a trigger available to run a Zap when a contact updates their profile details in LinkedIn, but there’s an existing feature request for it so I’ve added your vote for that. As with the other feature request we can’t give any sort of timeline on when you can expect the trigger to be added but you’ll get an email from us as soon as it is.
Hope that helps. If you have any further questions or if there's anything else we can help with in the meantime please do let us know!
