Question

How do I set up Zapier to change my Luxafor indicator light based on my Outlook 365 calendar meetings?

I am trying to have my luxafor indicator light turn red whenever I am in a meeting.  I have established a connection with my Outlook 365 calendar, but cannot get the light to change.  Wondering if there is a solution out there for this.  I would like the light to be red anytime I am in a meeting, but turn green when the meeting is ended (on the calendar).

Hi @mhlevel

For us to have full context, we would need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured, thanks.

What about screenshots for Step 2?

Check the field description for possible guidance.

@mhlevel

Can you show screenshots of Zap step 2 in EDIT mode?

This doesn’t look right.

@mhlevel

Check the field description for the Custom Color for guidance.

Custom Color field is option, you don’t need to map a variable.

The mapped variable is a timestamp which is NOT a valid value.
