I’ve connected my Teachable account but don’t seem to see an event trigger for when someone downloads a digital download. What do I need to select as the correct event trigger?
A new enrolment doesn’t work as it ignores those that download and all the other event triggers don’t seem to include digital downloads in their descriptions.

You may need to try reaching out to Teachable Support to see if they offer the desired trigger event.
If so, it may involve using webhooks.
