How do I set up a Zapier notification for when a QR code in my campaign is scanned?

I have a marketing campaign where we are sending printed collateral with a QR code on it which directs to a landing page. How can I get notified when a person scans the qr code so I can follow up with them? How can I do this in zapier?

    You’ll have to find a QR Code app that has triggers for the desired event.
