How do I set up a Zap to send a reminder email after seven days of no response?

Hello, is there a way to trigger a Zap when sending an email? I have the impression that it can only be triggered by the reception of an email. 

What I'm trying to do is to automatically send myself a reminder after 7 days if an email I send goes unanswered.

Available Gmail Zap app triggers/actions: https://zapier.com/apps/gmail/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Try using New Email Matching Search and follow the search field description for guidance about how to watch emails in the sent inbox. (e.g. in:sent)
