How do I set up a Zap to retrieve data from a specific Pipedrive pipeline when a deal is won?

Hi, I’m trying to retrieve data from Pipedrive, from a certain Pipeline, when a deal is won. Except I see no trigger that allows this. Anyone an idea on how to solve this issue?

@matthijs great question! There are a couple of options for a workaround:

  1. Use the “Deal Matching Filter” trigger
    • You’ll need to create a Deal filter in Pipedrive with the conditions “Deal won time is today”
  2. Use Webhooks by Zapier
    • See this article how to install a webhook in Pipedrive
    • Use the “Deal Updated” webhook
    • Your zap should start with a Webhook Trigger
    • Use a filter to check for “Current Status is won” and “Previous Status is not won”
