How do I set up a Zap to filter Shopify products based on specific metafields?

How can I include the shopify metafields into my zap so that a product with a specific metafield only will pass through it and other products will skip in that zap.

Hello,

In my products list there are products with metafields Prescription which are labelled as Yes/No.

I want to access this metafileds in my zap such that only the product with the Prescription metafield as Yes should go on forward to zendesh and the products with Prescription as No should not go forward to Zendesk.

Below is how my zap looks:

Hi there @gkk,

I did some digging into this, and it seems like the Metafields for Shopify is not supported at the moment. However, we do have an existing feature request for this exact functionality.

I have added you to the open feature request as another interested member. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!
