I have established the questionnaire for the employees, which is filled out daily. The results are entered into an Excel file.

I would like to create a Zapier automation now. This should check every morning at 5 o'clock whether the questionnaire was filled out the previous day. If not, a reminder message should be sent to the employee via WhatsApp.

How do I do that? I am already struggling with the first step: reading the date from column the "Timestamp" (format of the timestamp is “dd.mm.yyy hh🇲🇲ss”)  and check if there is a entry whith the date from “yesterday” (“like”, "Today" - 1 day).

What do I need to enter for "Lookup Value" so that it reads the date from the "timestamp" field corectly?

I would be awesome if someone could help and explain me how to do this.
thanks for you help in advance.

Hi @Steven0age

WhatsApp Messenger is not supported: https://zapier.com/apps/whatsapp-messenger/integrations

@Steven0age

Instead of GSheets, try Airtable: https://zapier.com/apps/airtable/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Airtable has Views, which are segments of data. (sort, filter)

e.g. You could create a View where DATE = YESTERDAY

Oh. I didn’t know that. But that’s ok. It can also trigger to send an e-mail to the employee. The result will be the same.

Mhh. Yep. Maybe it’s better to use airtable. But there is a problem: I use google forms for the questionnaire. This results are imported into a Google sheet file by google. How can I manage to let Google forms fill in the results into a Airtable sheet?

@Steven0age

Airtable has Forms: https://support.airtable.com/docs/getting-started-with-airtable-form-views

Depending on your GForm setup, you may be able to replace GForms/GSheets with Airtable.

Otherwise, you can use a Zap to move the data from GForms/GSheets to Airtable.
