I’m trying to create a zap for when someone signs up for a booking/class via my Calendly, it takes their email and name, and adds them to my email list on ConvertKit. when I go to set this up, I’m super confused as to what I’m supposed to put in the fields to make this work. I’ve attached screen shots. In the first screen shot, it places someone’s email address who is already on my list, in the field. Is this normal behavior? - any help is appreciated.

Try turning your Zap ON and testing live, then check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step: https://zapier.com/app/history/
The email field should be mapped with a variable of the Invitee Email address from Zap step 1.

How are things going on this—did Troy’s suggestion of mapping the Invitee Email from the trigger into the Email field on that Add Subscriber to Form action do the trick?
