Hello

I am a mentor/asessor that works remotely, the process at the start is they get onboarded with an introductory call, and then they get sent a document to sign to say they’ve been introducted correctly etc

I’ve seen that I can trigger a zoom meeting, but I will be doing lots of zoom meetings, how do I create it only triggered by name, for example “Zoom meeting labelled Introductory Label”, otherwsie, all my other zoom meetings will send out this introductory email to people who are way further down the line.

And then how do I set up the email that goes to them via outlook, is that the next step in configure?

Any help?

You would still trigger on all Zoom meetings that are created, but then directly after the trigger, you’d add a filter step. Where I have the red arrow, you’d want to manually type that in with the name of your meeting so that only those are allowed to move on.

Then, I didn’t exactly follow your flow and if the outlook email comes directly after the Zoom meeting is created or if there was an additional step in between (like the signing of the document).

If it is the outlook email, in order to send the meeting details or whatever information they need to know, then yes, you would just add the Outlook step after the filter.
