How do I set specific date filters for every day scheduele

Hi! I’m looking to re-stock certain products at midnight, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

 

However I can not work out how to block out Fridays as well as weekends? It’s giving limited values and I need to only allow the filter to update inventory on the above dates, not Fri, Sat, Sun.
