I have a zap setup which feeds orders from our clinic / bricks and mortar retail through to Shopify using the ‘Create Order’ action.
All works well however there are some minor quirks I’d like to address and wanted to see if anyone else has seen these issues before.
- Sales Channel - Currently the orders have blank sales channels in Shopify, is there a way to create a Sales Channel to attribute these orders to?
- There is no function to edit an order in the event of a refund - is there a workaround to lookup an order and amend the order if our clinician software sends through a refund?
Clinic software is Zenoti
Ecomm platform is Shopify
