  • How do I send post-purchase emails from Mailchimp after Zapier Plug&Pay purchase?

I have successfully created the ZAP Plug&Pay Purchase. When a product is sold via Plug & Pay, (pay-platform) a new user is created or updated in a Mailchimp contact file. So far, so good. But now I also want a standard email to go to that new user from Mailchimp. So once they have purchased the product, one email will be sent with more information. I can't do that with Mailchimp. Can you help me with this? Thank you in advance

Try this…

Configure a Customer Journey in Mailchimp to be sent when a Mailchimp Tag is applied.

In the Zap step for Mailchimp make sure to apply that Tag.
