How do I send picklist values instead of IDs to Mailchimp?

i see the piclist id instead of value in mailchimp from crm

You may need to use the concept of a lookup table to translate the values from the IDs to the labels.

I did do a lookup table but now i get nothing in the field from mailchimp

Can you show screenshots with how that MERGE field is configured in Mailchimp so we can see the type of field that it is?

Try turning the Zap ON and doing a live test.

Then check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot.

No data in field om mailchimp 

The problem is only with  a multi-select picklist, when you select more then one value in the list

With one value selected there is no issue

this one is only showing the first selected item in the picklist

do you have a example how to fix this issue

Can you show the output from testing the Formatter step with 2 values?

You may need to convert the values to an array of items.

Formatter > Utilities > Text to Line Items

the output is empty with a multi select that is the problem
