How do I use Zapier with Tally.so to send personalised email responses based on a respondent’s calculated score?
I’m using Tally.so to create a questionnaire that includes calculations. Once someone completes the form, they receive a score based on their answers.
What I’d like to achieve is:

Capture the calculated score (and possibly individual answers) from Tally.so

Use Zapier to trigger a follow-up email

Send a personalised email where the content changes based on the respondent’s score (or score range)
Has anyone successfully done something similar using Zapier (e.g. with Paths, Filters, Webhooks, or email tools like Gmail/ActiveCampaign/Mailchimp)?
I’d really appreciate any guidance, examples, or confirmation of what’s possible here.
