I see that it is possible to send an email to a customer after payment is received in Quickbooks but I’m wondering if different emails can be sent depending on which service/product is bought. Thanks in advance.

Hey there,
Hmm, depending on how many products you have, I wonder if a filter step and zap for each product could work? Alternatively there’s also paths. So it might look like:
- QBO Trigger - “New Payment” (or whichever trigger you’re using)
- Filter by specific product OR paths where each condition is a different product
- Gmail Action - “Send Email”
