How do I send different emails depending on which service/product bought in Quickbooks?

I see that it is possible to send an email to a customer after payment is received in Quickbooks but I’m wondering if different emails can be sent depending on which service/product is bought. Thanks in advance.

Hmm, depending on how many products you have, I wonder if a filter step and zap for each product could work? Alternatively there’s also paths. So it might look like:

  1. QBO Trigger - “New Payment” (or whichever trigger you’re using)
  2. Filter by specific product OR paths where each condition is a different product
  3. Gmail Action - “Send Email”

Here’s a similar question, just swap Shopify for QBO.
