How do I send and update boolean data from a Webflow form to HubSpot?

• DATA OUT from the Webflow trigger step that you are trying to use
• how your Zap steps are now outlined and configured in EDIT mode
• any encountered errors

Step 1 : Data from Webflow

Step 2 : There few datas available in hubspot. But the one I’m looking for is not listed.

Step 3 : So I go at the bottom and I click on additionnal properties to retrieve. The data I’m looking for in hubspot is called data__consultation. I add it.

Step 4 : the data is now added

Step 5 : I then click on the “3 spots” button to add a custom value.

Step 6 : The data is now added.

Step 7 : In the data IN, I can’t find the new data data__consultation added. It’s not here.

Step 8 : And in the data IN, I can see the “properties_to_retrieve 1 is true”

Step 9 : I run a test. The contact is well created in hubspot with all the information but the data “data__consultation” is blank, it’s not Yes or No.

Any idea ?

In step 2, for the field: Additional properties to retrieve...

• these are additional Contact properties that will be RETURNED after testing Step 2
  • this is NOT used for setting values for those properties
• you will want to use the Static mode to selection options from the dropdown list
• you do NOT want to use the Custom mode to map dynamic variable from a previous Zap step

To set field values when creating a HubSpot Contact, those properties would need to be configured above the “Additional properties to retrieve” field.

You can use the magnifying glass icon to search for properties by name to help you find the field.

You can use the refresh icon (left of the magnifying glass icon) to refresh the Contact fields returned to configure to see if that exposes additional properties.
