Does anyone know the simplest way to send a customer who’s marked as COMPLETE within Housecall Pro a SMS requesting a Google review?
We just want to send out an SMS to client’s requesting a review on our Google page after they are marked as complete within HCP but can’t seem to find an easy way to do this? Specifically an SMS. We are using the email function already.
Any recommendations for those familiar with HCP? The client does have Mailchimp and it does offer some SMS function but I’m not sure if this is possible ?
