How do I send an email notification to all users in Adalo when a new listing is created?

Hi,

I am trying to send an email when a new record created in Adalo. For example, I have a collection of users, as people signup, more users will be added. I have another collection where few users create new listings. I want to send an email to all the users as a new listing get created. Not all the users will create a new listing, only few will create and as soon as they create a new listing, i want an email sent to all the users with the new listing. So the users will get a link for the new listing. how do i do that?
