I don't know coding and I want to use Zapier in order to send an email to the user and an internal slack message whenever someone clicks on the "Subscribe" button on my website.

How is your website built? Are you using an app like Square or WordPress?
In order to connect to Zapier, you can set up the button to send a webhook when someone clicks the subscribe button. You can set up a Zap that triggers from receiving the webhook and then sends a Slack message.
Alternatively, you could look into form apps that you could embed into your website, or if you use a service like MailChimp to manage your mailing list, you could trigger from a new contact being added to MailChimp.
