How do I remove an email from a Flodesk segment after their Thinkific enrollment expires?

Hi, I can’t find a way to set up a Zap to remove user from a flodesk segment once their enrollment expires in Thinkific. I run a membership program and the Zaps will only work if they cancel their membership, but not if we do a promotion and set their enrollment to end at a certain date. Then they have to be manually removed from the segment. Can you please help me automate this?

Can you clarify if you are having trouble with the Zap trigger or the Zap action?

It looks like the Thinkific integration doesn’t support triggering on expired enrollments. The closest trigger for this is the “Subscription Canceled” trigger. I’d recommend reaching out to our Support Team to create a feature request on your behalf.
