I tried with the below, however it did not work, the output was the exact same as the input, the ‘1’ at the front was still there.  Anyone know how?

Hi @ClickSpeed

Zap action: Formatter > Numbers > Format Phone Number

Hi @Troy Tessalone can you be so kind as to give a screen shot of what that looks like, as I’ve tried that and it didn’t work.  Thank you

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

I did you one better, I recorded a short video with Screencast: https://www.screencast.com/t/UXDzl4J75cK8

Change the Formatter to use Formatter > Numbers > Format Phone Number

https://zapier.com/apps/formatter/help

You are using a Formatter > Text > Replace

I think that did it!!  Thank you @Troy Tessalone - I’m just waiting for confirmation from my team at convoso… I’ll let you know, but data out said:
