Question

How do I pull only ToDo Items from OneNote into Monday.com and not the entire page?

I can successfully pull across whole notes from OneNote pages into Monday.com, but I only wish to pull across items that have a ToDo checkbox with corresponding information. I can’t see a trigger for this. Please help?!

Have you tried using a Filter as Step 2 in the Zap?

Thanks so much for your message Troy. Yes I have but it didn’t work. Perhaps the only way to properly test this one is up another level of subscription, as it seems there are too many actions. So will need to rethink. Thanks for confirming I was on the right track though! Really appreciate it!

@CassK I am hoping to do the same thing and have you figured this out? I’d love to see an example if you did and seems like a very common want.

Just came across this thread and did some checking but couldn’t see any To Do item information coming over with the New Note in Section trigger that you could filter on. And there aren’t any existing feature requests for the ability to trigger on To Do items in OneNote app on Zapier, so I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team here to submit a feature request for that. That will allow us to start tracking user interest in this feature which will help to increase it’s chances of being added. 🙂
