Hi all,

We are looking to pull invoices from Xero to HubSpot via Zapier to create deals in HubSpot so we can then report on financial data in HubSpot. 

Reason being, we have a system where invoices are created in an inventory management system that push to Xero (and we can’t change that process) so want to be able to pull the invoices into HS to create deals and the report on those deals. Mostly because there is loads of other data being created in HS and their report building function is a great feature. 

Question, there is a ridiculous amount of fields that can be added from Xero via the Zapier integration, what would be sufficient fields (or required only fields) to successfully make this process work. Has anybody else done this process? TIA

It’s completely up to you on which data you’re going to map to the HubSpot step. If you want a more detailed deal in HubSpot i recommend mapping the most important data from Xero which is the name, email, and invoice details.
