How do I prevent Zap from sending triple emails on the new Google Sheet Row?

I set up a Zap to send an email once a new row is added to Google Sheets.  It sent the first email 3 times to someone.  How do I stop this?

Hi @MWEBER

For us to have more context, we would need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured.

Thank you! Here are some screenshots.  It is supposed to be a Zap that sends one email once someone is added to the sheet. The email is sent from Google Mail.

@MWEBER

The Zap trigger will fire for NEW rows and Updated rows.

That means the same row may filter multiple times if the data is updated.

You may need to add a Filter as step 2 to only continue when certain conditions are met.
