Question

How do I perform an if/then query to add a text label to a piece of data from Mailchimp to monday.com?

Hi, beginner question here :)

I have created a Zap to find tagged contacts in Mailchimp and create an item in Monday. Works great!

In Mailchimp, subscribers have selected their Information Preferences, of which there are five choices.

The fifth choice is not applicable, because those people are tagged and already flow to Monday.

The other four choices appear like this when I am using Zapier to create the item and map fields:

What I want to do is something like this:

IF [first interests field] = true, then add label “Info Session” to [specific column in Monday]
IF [second interests field] = true, then add label “Project Brief” to [specific column in Monday]

etc for third and fourth interests fields.

Is this doable, and how?

Hi @Barb

One approach is to use Paths: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496288555917

Multiple Paths can process within a Zap Run.
