Hi,

I have an integration with Slack>Zapier>Kanbanize appsWhen I fill out a form in Slack and go to Zapier , "<" and " >" are inserted in the information and duplicate information URLExample: Slack:            URL: http:www.minhapagina.com/testeZApier:            URL: <http:www.minhapagina.com/teste|http:www.minhapagina.com/teste>Kanbanize:           URL: I need this information not to be entered because in Kanbanize i have problem.Kanbanize Answer: The URL is omitted most likely due to the HTML tags opening/closing tags and this is caused by a security mechanism that we have in place, to prevent cross-site scripting.

Hey @Giovanni F, thanks for taking the time to share your workflow with us along with where you’re running into issues.

It sounds like when information is being added to Kanbanize from Slack, that "<" and " >" are being interested into the URL.

I do see you also included a response, which I presume came from the Kanbanize team:

The URL is omitted most likely due to the HTML tags opening/closing tags and this is caused by a security mechanism that we have in place, to prevent cross-site scripting.

So, it sounds like the tags are auto-added by Kanbanize as a security measure. Would that be your understanding as well? If so, this sounds like something the Kanbanize team would have to change, in order for this to be working the way you’re wanting it to.

Let me know!
