My company’s zaps were previously on a different email and I needed to move them to a new account.
What is the best way to completely move the zaps to the new email? I have transferred ownership, but it looks like they are still in the same organization. I want to deactivate the previous account entirely.
I spoke to customer service who told me I had to upgrade the previous account to a Team plan. I did so and had to pay $100. That only allowed me to transfer ownership though… I also don’t really need a Team plan going forward since I don’t have that many tasks.
I don’t want to have to re-create all the zaps. There are a great deal of zaps and I don’t want to go through the business interruption.
What are my options? I’m going to lose access to that 1st account email soon.
