Is it possible to integrate Bonusly with RingCentral? Our team is wanting to @ mention a team member in RingCentral to give bonus bucks as a reward, without having to toggle back forth being the RingCentral app & Bonusly. I’m not finding specific information on how to do this. I reached out to Bonusly and they told me to contact Zapier.

I’m not seeing how you can do what we need with these links. I see you can integrate them, but not in the way we’re hoping.
We’d still have to be in the Bonsuly app to start the trigger (by giving the bonus bucks through an @ mention) and then the available actions in Ring Central don’t seem to line up.
Is there a way to speak with a live person at Zapier to get more one on one help?? Or can we only post through the community?
