How do I map the MemberPress custom field to another MemberPress instance?

I’m bringing one memberpress subscription into another memberpress instance.

We have Business Name as a custom field in both instances, however the business name is not appearing as a place we can sending information. It shows that the field is coming through and the data is available to map, but the field is not showing as a place to map the information to.

Is this a normal problem?

Good question.

We would need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured to have more context.

You may need to try reaching out to MemberPress Support for help.

Thanks! attached is a screenshot of how I have it set up. I did try to get member information but there was still not a place (the field was not listed in the action) to map the information to.

You may have to explore using the MemberPress API:

Our MemberPress Developer Tools Add-on extends MemberPress to include a full REST API and full Webhook event capability.
