How do i map or send Phone Number to Fresh KDS.

Currently this the only action for Fresh KDS for Zapier. 

For a workaround to send a phone number from Google Sheets to Fresh KDS using Zapier without third-party services, you can use Email by Zapier or Webhooks. For email, trigger the Zap with a new or updated row in Google Sheets and configure the email action to send the phone number to Fresh KDS if it accepts data via email. Alternatively, if Fresh KDS supports APIs, use Webhooks by Zapier to send the phone number to the API endpoint, mapping the data from Google Sheets. If needed, set up a parser or Gmail filter to format emails for Fresh KDS. Test thoroughly to ensure accurate data transfer.

Actually, this does help a lot fresh KDS does accept API.
provide you a better picture of what I’m doing my workflow is that I enter my customer food orders into a Google sheet, and I used the zapier Google sheet fresh KDS template To send the orders to fresh KDS so how would I Connect with two different templates together? Or I guess I would have to use the web hook update the existing order in fresh KDS does that sound right?

That’s correct, as there’s no “Update Order” action available you’d be best of using a webhook for this. But I’d recommend contacting our Support team to submit a new feature request for an action to update an existing order to be added. You can do that here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help. That will help to flag the need to be able to update existing orders to the app’s developers.

Looking at the API documentation for Fresh KDS it looks like they have an Update an Order endpoint you could potentially make a request to via a Webhooks action. It’s a bit more advanced but we have a more general guide on how to set up Webhooks actions that you might fine helpful on this: Send webhooks in Zaps.
