I am using Zapier to connect Gravity Forms to Beacon CRM. In Beacon I have a checkbox field with 4 options: Monday evening, Tuesday lunch, Tuesday dinner, Wednesday lunch. People can check one or more boxes. I have recreated this in Gravity Forms.

When I’m mapping in Zapier I only get the option to add the 4 options, but when the form is submitted these options are automatically added to Beacon, even if they’re not checked - they seem to be mandatory data.

Any help would be appreciated.

For us to have more info, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode, so we can see the field types and field descriptions.

For the Beacon field you are trying to use, post screenshots of the dropdown options.
