I have made a zap that will update a row on the sheet once a new email is sent to an email from our team members.
but it seems like i can only make a zap for the account that i have logged in with,

but i want to make it for all the emails of our team members ( i am using a team plan)

 

so,

  1. if an email is sent to email that matches the column F of google sheets from either one of all of our team members’ emails
  2. update the row with new data saying “email sent”

 

 

Hi, as far as I understand you’re using “New Email”-Trigger to update a google sheet?

An easy (not necessarily quick) fix would be to:

  1. copy the zap 
  2. change the gmail account connected to the trigger, so that each team member has their own zap

You can add gmail accounts via ‘Apps’ in Zapier and then adding accounts for the ‘Gmail’-App.
