Is it possible to connect the chatbot to Claude? OpenAI seems to be degrading at a rate and the gap between the quality of answers from claude and chatGPT is growing daily.
Is there anything on the roadmap to enable the zapier chatbot to use claude’s API?

Currently Claude isn’t one of the available model options at present for Zapier Chatbots, but it would be good to have it added!
You’ll want to reach out to the Chatbots team here to submit a feature request to get it added. That’ll put it on the team’s radar and allow us to begin tracking interest in this.
