How do I link a person to an organization in Pipedrive?

taking data from jotform using zapier to take data and load into pipedrive.  Person and company data loading but records not linking, Please can you help?

@Wane can you make sure that you’re including the ID from the “Create Organization” step in the “Create a Person” step?

 I searched pipedrive selection fields for an ID and added the ID listed, but still not linking,  How is this ID generated and selected?

Sorry Nat wrong field, all working great, thank you .  Another question

 

Pipedrive is not generating the new person/company as a lead which is what I also require, Please can you advise
