How do I integrate Outlook and LinkedIn API to send requests to new contacts?

I am trying to make an integration but its not working. First action: New Contact (Outlook) Second action: Linkedin API Request (I want to send a request on linkedin to this new contact). Idk how to do this, someone can help me?
