How do I integrate Jotform submissions to SharePoint as PDFs via Zapier?

Thank you in advance.

We are trying to integrate Jotform to SharePoint via Zapier. The submissions via Jotform should ultimately end up in SharePoint as a PDF file.

These are consent forms signed by customers on Jotform, and then should be accessed by our therapists in their respective SharePoint folder as PDF file.

Is this possible and how do we achieve this?

Currently we are doing this seamlessly via the Onedrive integration, but have recently migrated to SharePoint. We are running both now until SharePoint is set up 100%.
