How do I integrate Fareharbor with Klaviyo using Zapier?

I’m very new to Zapier and want to integrate our tour booking platform Fareharbor with our CRM Klaviyo. 

I want to create a list of Fareharbor customers who have opted in to receive marketing communications to show up in Klaviyo so I can email them.

There doesn’t seem to be an option for this but I can set up that when a new booking is made a new list is created in Klaviyo. However, in the settings, it’s asking for the Profile ID for the Klaviyo profile but I don’t know what that would be as they might not exist? 

Could someone help with this, please?

I tried this but it asks for me to provide a phone number or email address, which I won’t have. 

What do I enter for that?

How is the end user opting in if you are not collecting and email and/or phone number?
