Hi - I would like to integrate a newly created GPT into a Microsoft Teams chat. A person would ask a question, and that question would be answered by the GPT. I understand Zapier integration is most likely required, but I can’t seem to figure out if this is possible at this time.

It’s not possible to use GPTs within a Zap but you can use Zapier’s AI actions within a GPT. Allowing the GPT to run actions within the relevant Microsoft Team chats. We have some documentation that you may find helpful on setting this up:
That said, it’s possible to use some of the same Assistants API functionality (not the same as a custom GPT) directly within a Zap. You can learn more about this here: Use OpenAI's Assistants API with your Zaps
